Life Intentions and Inspiration

When I had my first son, I had intentions on how I wanted to live my life going forward. One of those intentions was to live in the now and to try not to get distracted with electronics.

I came across this wonderfully inspiring blog about a woman named Rachel, who documented her changes into living an intentional life and how she became less distracted. Her writing is so thought provoking and raw. I think any person, parent or not, living in this fast paced, high tech World can relate. Rachel Macy Stafford is such an inspiration to me and a great role model for anyone wanting to stress less and love more!

“In that act of waiting until conditions are perfect, we delay the true living of life.” – Rachel Macy Stafford

I love to seek inspiration from others regarding leading a fulfilling live and, I feel like the Hands Free Mama blog/stories are a great reminder of how to stay on track of doing that.  I constantly remind myself to breath a little  more and to always use love and caring above all for not only my children but all of the people around me.

Only Love Today—is clarity when you’re conflicted.

Only Love Today—is unity when you’re divided.

Only Love Today—is faith when you’re uncertain.

Only Love Today—is a reset button directing you back to what matters most.

If you have a few minutes today, I invite you to read her blog, take a look at her books and be inspired to do great things.

Hi I'm Lisa, I am a pinterest obsessed DIYer who loves all things blue. I am excited to share the things I love: home decor projects, recipes, and crafts while being as environmentally and health conscience as I can. I hope that you enjoy these little pleasures in life as much as I do.
